The following terms and conditions create a legal binding between you and Pemabwe, please read them carefully.

HOTEL POLICY

PROPERTY OPERATION & LICENSING

This distinguished establishment is operated by Pemabwe, proudly holding a license issued by the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA).

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-In: Guests are invited to start checking in from 2:00 PM Central Africa Time (CAT)

Check-Out: Departure time is gracefully set at 10:00 AM CAT. Kindly note that late check-outs may incur an additional charge. We encourage you to consult our attentive staff for details and availability.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

All rooms are strictly no-smoking rooms. Should anyone smoke in the non-smoking rooms, an additional charge will be applied to your account for the cost of purification.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our primary aim is to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and flexible. To that end, please take note of our cancellation policy:

FULL REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS

We gladly offer a full refund to guests who cancel their reservation 24 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time. We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs.

NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time will not be entitled to any refund. This policy is in place to help us ensure that our rooms and services are prepared and available to all our valued guests.

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS

If you find it necessary to modify your reservation or make any changes, please don't hesitate to reach out to our reservations team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please be aware that changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

NO-SHOW POLICY

In the event of a no-show, where a guest fails to arrive without prior notice of cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

FORCE MAJEURE

While rare, exceptional circumstances beyond your control can affect your travel plans. In such cases, we kindly request that you contact our reservations team as soon as possible. We will review each situation individually and, although we cannot guarantee refunds, we will work diligently to explore suitable solutions.

By making a reservation at our luxury hotel or lodge, you signify your acknowledgment and agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed in this policy. We recommend reviewing your reservation details to ensure they align with your travel plans before confirming your booking.
